The process begins with an initial meeting to discuss the client’s goals and requirements for the project, and is usually best accomplished over a good meal in a relaxed setting, with good cheer and humor.

At the first meeting we can get a sense of the project and begin to discuss issues related to design requirements, zoning and building codes, budget, and the site conditions. Often our in-house design service is more cost effective, but we also welcome the chance to work with your architect.
